These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between zas36 (hereinafter referred to as "zas36", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User", or "the Member") who accesses, registers for, or uses any product or service offered on the website accessible at https://zas36.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zas36. By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, promotion, or service made available on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

zas36 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting registered members in jurisdictions where participation in online gaming is lawful. It is the sole responsibility of each User to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to them before using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the zas36 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://zas36.cam.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm a User's identity and age.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software used to determine game outcomes on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary tool available to Users to restrict access to their Account for a defined period.

To register and maintain an Account on zas36, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zas36 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or promotion.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of zas36 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

zas36 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned less any winnings, and the matter may be referred to relevant regulatory authorities.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it if it changes.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on zas36. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. zas36 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. You must notify zas36 immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

zas36 may request KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

4.5 Account Currency

All Accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a User deposits using a method denominated in another currency, the Platform will apply the prevailing conversion rate at the time of the transaction. zas36 is not responsible for any third-party currency conversion fees.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zas36 supports a range of Malaysian-localised payment options including DuitNow instant transfer, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted. The Platform reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though unusually large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence review in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification being on file. Standard approved withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets are typically completed within three (3) minutes of approval. zas36 does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party financial institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted. zas36 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the designated withdrawal method prior to processing. Funds may only be withdrawn once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

zas36 applies robust anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) controls in accordance with applicable international standards. Users must not use the Platform to transfer, exchange, or store proceeds of criminal activity. zas36 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

zas36 offers various promotions to registered Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum deposit requirement, a wagering requirement, qualifying game categories, and an expiry window. These terms will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry if requirements remain unmet.
• zas36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where evidence of abuse or irregular play patterns is identified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• zas36 does not permit systematic exploitation of bonus terms or the use of bonus funds as a vehicle for arbitrage, hedging, or guaranteed profit strategies. Detection of such activity may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zas36 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all funds held therein, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account management.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent Platform systems.
• Participating in, facilitating, or coordinating any form of collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or Platform systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Making chargebacks or reversals of deposits already used for gambling, or otherwise defrauding zas36 or its payment processors.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zas36 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or on behalf of a third party.

All content on the zas36 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, sound files, video material, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of zas36 or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, commercially exploited, reverse-engineered, or otherwise used without the express prior written consent of zas36.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zas36 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

zas36 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect service availability.

zas36 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account closure.

A User may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the zas36 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money Balance — provided it was not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity — will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which zas36 holds its operational licences.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and zas36, you are encouraged to first contact the zas36 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, either party may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the applicable regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent zas36 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its rights, property, or the integrity of the Platform.

zas36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, zas36 will notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 10.

The date shown in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically.
